I have been a full time real estate agent for over 32 years. I grew up in Rochester, New York, graduating from PS #7 and John Marshall High. I attended The State University College of New York at Buffalo and I have taken real estate appraisal courses at Ithaca College and Ohio State. I was the 473rd person in New York State to obtain a real estate appraisal license in the early 1990's My extensive real estate experience includes: investing, appraising, management, mortgage origination, and sales. I have sold over 3,000 homes and was awarded as the #14 Agent in the country for total transactions in 2008 by the Wall Street Journal. I have been affiliated with Nothnagle Realtors since 1996 and I have been in the Company's Top 15 since 1998. I was actually the #1 Agent in the Company in 2008 & 2009.
I have devoted much of my time to working hard in real estate but I manage to run 3 miles almost every morning. I play guitar, piano, harmonica, and read music. I have been giving my nephew guitar lessons for over 2 years. I dabble with my houseplants and aquariums and I read anything I can get my hands on. I am a lifelong Buffalo Bills and Boston Celtics fan. I also study the stock market and do my own financial panning. Some of my exciting memories are going to Woodstock, watching the Bills break the 20 loss game Miami streak at Rich Stadium, watching the Bills comeback from the 35-3 deficit to the Houston Oilers in a Wild Card Game at Rich Stadium, and shooting free throws with Larry Bird and Cedric Maxwell on the floor of the War Memorial.
