Real estate is John's encore career to which he brings over 25 years of experience as a project, program and product manager in the telecommunications, computer and semiconductor test industries. He has worked for large companies such as AT&T and NCR as well as technology startups. In 2011, John earned the prestigious Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.This experience has provided John with skills for planning, organization, communications and managing teams necessary to effectively move a sales transaction from contract to closing.
Education: BSEE and MSEE from NYU/Poly as well as an MBA from Fordham University. During his career, he has used both his technical and business backgrounds to add value in his various job roles. Comfortable with new technology, marketing, contracts, and finance, he applies this diverse background to his customer’s benefit. Relative to real estate, John frequently attends courses to expand his knowledge. He recently earned the Master Certified Negotiation Expert designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute.
