I have been involved with residential Real Estate for my entire working career in some capacity or another. After starting out as a teenager digging ditches for a local landscape company and then moving to selective remodel demolition, I worked my way through most of the other construction trades before starting my own company. Those trades included: foundations, framing, siding, roofing, drywall, trim work, and some plumbing and electrical work. I discovered I not only had a knack for building, but I also really enjoyed seeing the looks on my client's faces when I exceeded expectations!
That excitement led me to want to spend more time interacting with my clients than pounding nails so I began a shift. I immediately put more focus on the acquisition, marketing, and selling side of residential real estate. Because I was having so much fun with it, in 2010 I finally decided to hang up my tool bags and completely transition to Real Estate. I have found it to be the perfect match for me (and you)! I still get to be around the homes I love every day, work with clients, solve problems, negotiate contracts, and consistently deliver exceptional service! What more could I ask for?
On my "off" time I like to stay active. I have been blessed with a wonderful wife and four beautiful children. We like to camp, spend a lot of time on the lake, ride snowmobiles and dirt bikes, sail in the Puget Sound, and scuba dive. In addition, I am active in my community through volunteer work with the Boy Scouts of America and some youth counseling.
Now.. I know there are many Realtors out there you can choose from to help you with your Real Estate transaction. Some are great.some not so much (kind of like restaurants). Having said that, I believe that NO ONE will work harder for you than I will! Period! I am extremely results oriented and will do everything I can to achieve the most beneficial outcome for you. Whether that's selling your home for top dollar or negotiating the best purchase price. I will take the time to educate you on the process, address any fears and concerns, and establish a winning game plan. Remember, there are Pro-active Realtors (rare) and there are Re-active Realtors (many). It is important that you choose the right one!
I look forward to earning your business! Let's talk..
